Athlete's Foot

The following are natural alternative remedies for Athlete’s Foot:

  1. Salt: A saline solution provides a hostile environment for fungus, decreases excess perspiration, and softens skin so anti-fungal medicines can penetrate deeper. Soak foot for 5-10 minutes in a mixture of 2 teaspoons of salt per pint of warm water.
  2. Soaks: Soak feet one to two times a day for 15 to 20 minutes for two weeks.
  • 1 cup white or yellow vinegar
  • 1 gallon Lukewarm Water (16 cups.)
  • 1 lid full of bleach (just a capful, no more than this or your feet could get burned)
